Today campers spent time with Mr. Will finalizing our blocking and preparing for our first performances of the summer! We have loved introducing a new show to the CCC stage as we kick off this summer. The story of Captain Louie Jr. shares the story of new and old friends which we love to celebrate in all we do at CCC!
Campers also attended dance and music classes with our production team as we polished our songs and choreography. 7 Days of camp have flow by!
In art class, campers got creative with some tissue paper to make some beautiful pictures. Our campers also got to spend time with our Set Designer, Miss Mia, in our special class today. Some campers assisted in making some of our set decorations while others toured back stage learned all about behind the scenes.
Growing in Faith
In faith formation with Mr. Elijah campers learned about the importance of prayer, and played a CCC favorite game, Jesus and the Tempter. Our campers always love to spend time in the Chapel. It provides a nice break from our classes that are focuses on putting our show together and reminds us to bring faith and fun center stage.
