After a long week, we are finally getting ready to open our first-ever Musical Theatre Intensive showcase! Campers have been working diligently to perfect their songs and dance routines in preparation for performing for audiences. From classes to special guest workshops, our campers are increasing their skills and shining even brighter onstage!
You Can’t Stop the Beat with Chellie Fig
On Wednesday, campers had the opportunity to participate in a dance workshop with professional dancer Chellie Fig! Both older and younger campers learned routines from Ms. Chellie, dancing to songs from Hercules and Hairspray. Thank you Chellie for encouraging our campers to improve their dance skills.
There’s No Raining on Krissy Fraelich’s Parade
On Thursday, campers were visited by another special guest speaker: Ms. Krissy Fraelich! Ms. Krissy is a professional actress who has been performing around the country for over 30 years. Campers were able to learn all about Ms. Krissy’s life story and her career in musical theatre, and even sang a song from Funny Girl. Special thanks to Krissy for sharing her amazing story and talents with us, and tell Tristian we said hi!
