Welcome campers one and all to our final camp session of the summer: Alice In Wonderland JR.! We are thrilled to see everyone, whether you are joining us for the first time or have been spending your whole summer at the CCC.
We began our day with introductions, meeting the friendly faces that will lead our campers for the next two weeks. After listening to our audition song, we took a nice snack break!
In A Class Of My Own
We are going mad in art class, designing our very own Mad Hatter hats!
In Faith Formation, we are learning about guardian angels and all of God’s special helpers.
We are moving and grooving in dance class as we start learning our opening number.
Mr. Babcock is getting games rolling with a new fan favorite, Hunger Games!
Following our Musical Theater Intensive, Ms. Ruth encourages campers to discuss the audition process.

Audition Central
To create the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, our older campers took time this morning to audition for roles. Campers learned a short snippet of “A World Of My Own” and then performed for our production team. Auditions can be quite intimidating, so we wanted to let everyone know how proud we are for putting your best foot forward.
With so much talent to sort through, our production team is working hard to establish our cast list. Be on the lookout tonight for the cast list, which can be found here.
Campers of the Day 🏆
Congratulations to our campers of the day! These campers were recognized for being leaders in their group, setting an example for others on what it means to shine on and off the stage. Good job Austyn, Jack, Eleonora, Penelope, Savannah, Ryan, Isabelle, Cece, Isabelle, and Carson!
