Our Mission

Our mission is to inspire and empower children to shine both on and off the stage. Rooted in faith, we believe in fostering a love for the performing arts while nurturing personal growth, confidence, and creativity. Through our supportive environment, we strive to provide every child with the opportunity to discover their God-given talents, express themselves, and develop skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.​

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a leading children’s theater company that not only produces high-quality theatrical performances but also creates a lasting positive impact on the lives of young people. We aim to be a place where children can explore their creativity, build confidence, grow in their faith and develop a lifelong appreciation for the arts. By shining both on and off the stage, our children will be prepared to face the world with Courage, Compassion, and Character.

Our Programs

Our History

CCC Shines was founded in 2007 by Jeffrey Braconnier, beginning as a small yet spirited choir that united members from three local parishes. Jeff envisioned a way for these singers to step onto a shared stage and bring their voices together in performance. Since then, CCC has grown tremendously, expanding its programs to offer more opportunities for the youth of Delaware County and beyond. Today, CCC proudly serves over 750 children each year, enriching lives through the arts and celebrating the incredible talent and energy that fills our stage. Who We Serve

All children and young adults interested in music, performing arts, service and ministry. Our mantra is “Truly a Family” and we welcome everyone. While our organization is rooted in our Catholic faith, every person is encouraged and welcome to join our program regardless to religious beliefs or background. We began as just members representing three local parish communities and as we have grown, we continue to welcome and encourage new families to join our CCC family!

What is CCC Shines?

CCC Shines is a children’s theater company and performing arts community where young people can explore their creativity, build confidence, and make friends in a supportive, fun environment. Through activities like musicals, singing groups, and performances, CCC Shines combines creativity with values, helping each child discover their unique talents and grow and shine as a person. Founded on the ideas of faith, fun, and friendship, CCC Shines creates a welcoming space where kids can learn, express themselves, and be part of a community that celebrates who they are. ​

As a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CCC Shines is expanding its legacy of empowering young people to shine both on and off the stage. This new milestone strengthens our mission to make the performing arts accessible to more children, inspiring them to build confidence, make an impact, and carry their light into every part of life. Here, every child learns that their shine extends beyond performance, whether they’re on stage, helping behind the scenes, or connecting with others, CCC Shine provides a safe, welcoming space to be valued and make lasting memories.
