Shine with CCC on and off the stage!
CCC Shines began in 2007 with an eager young adult looking to make an impact on the community around him by sharing his gifts and talents. Over 15 years later, we continue to watch countless individuals be eager to join the team at CCC where they share their own gifts and talents and ensure CCC continues on and the legacy shines on. CCC is “truly a family” and by working together, countless individuals have been a part of the CCC story that has made a great impact on the members of our community.
At CCC, you too can share your gifts and talents. You can have the opportunity to be a part of the creative, administrative, logistical, educational, strategy and/or funding teams. There is a place for everyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people who find their home away from home at CCC.
The CCC team comes from a variety of backgrounds that has allowed our members to learn and work with a variety of individuals in all programs they are involved. Most notably, the majority of our staff has been a member of CCC at one time or another, which is something we are all very proud of.
As a part of our on-boarding process, all applicants will be required to complete their PA State Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Clearance and Protecting God’s Children certifications.

Volunteer
Students who are incoming 9th graders to college aged students are eligible to volunteer throughout CCC’s summer camps. Volunteer time can be beneficial for college applications as well as volunteer experience on your resume.
